张发旺 副所长 研究员
张发旺 研究员，1986年毕业于河北地质学院水工系，1996年在中国地质大学（北京）攻读硕士学位，2000年获得中国地质大学水文水资源专业博士学位。2005年国家行政学院国土资源厅局长培训班结业。现为中国地质科学院水文地质环境地质研究所副所长、博士生导师。中国地质学会水文地质专业委员会秘书长，国际水文地质学协会（IHA）中国委员会秘书长，河北省地质学会环境分会主任，中国土地复垦学会常务理事，科技部国际合作项目评议专家。兼任中国矿业大学（北京）客座教授，中国地质大学（北京）客座教授，石家庄市青年联合会副主席，《地理与地理信息科学》副主编，《南水北调与水利科技》编委。曾被评为“河北省改革开放20年优秀大学毕业生”（记河北省三等功一次）、“河北省（省会）杰出青年拔尖人才”、河北省科技十杰、国土资源部“科技管理先进工作者称号”、“石家庄市新长征突击手”、石家庄市优秀共产党员等。
参加工作以来获地矿部科技成果二等奖2项，三等奖2项，获中国地质大学（北京）研究生论文二等奖1项。撰写论文和译文50余篇，撰写专著及博士论文4本，参加或承担科研项目17项，其中有五项为第一负责人，三项为第二负责人。
Prof. Zhang Fawang, vice director of the institute,
was graduated from Hebei geological Institute in 1986 and obtained
doctor degree in China Geosciences University in 2000. He was
then graduated from Training Class of Bureau of Land and Resources
in 2005. He is the secretary general of Hydrogeology Commission
of China Geological Society and China Chapter of IAH, director
of Hebei Geological Society on Environment, guest professor
of China mineral Industry University and China Geosciences University.
He was won the good graduate since the reform activities and
won the third prize and outstanding youth in Hebei. He was also
obtained the advanced scientist in Minstry of Land and Resources.
He has been responsible for 17 state scientific
programs among which 5 programs he was the first leader and
another three he was the second position. He wrote more than
50 papers and did some translation work and scientific papers
and monographs.
